Was supposed to deliver and set up between 7 am and 7 pm. Called at 12:30 the day of to tell me they were delivering the tv, but couldn’t set it up because someone called in sick-next appt and as 19 days away. Never did show up so I went to the store and got it myself and set it up myself-saved me $300.

Purchased on 11/4 for a 12/5 i stall. Confirmed install on 12/4. They called at i stall time to tell me they had to reschedule for 12/17 because they had too many orders. That was the reason I purchased before black Friday. They could'nt care less. They can keep their crap, their crappy customer service and my tech subscription. They have gone down hill very quickly.
