Wow, this tv is having everything i was expecting.

The best tv so far I love the color and resolution

The delivery was as scheduled.The set up was done in a curtious and efficient manner. Amber took the time setting up the new TV with the sound bar, explaining everything as she went. She never acted rushed or impatient with demonstrations of the remote. The cabinet was put together and it looks great.

I had looked at this tv at the beginning of the year. Wasn’t ready to buy at the time. I looked at other big screen tv’s. I kept coming back to the 86inch nano cell. I think what kept me coming back was the clarity of the picture. So I jumped in and bought the tv. Best decision I made. I love the tv.

I made a purchase in error and I communicated via chat it made everything smooth and quick. Great customer service!

The tv was huge. I actually loved the telly. My problem was my live and replayed sports showed a terrible pic. I'm a big sports fan, Sadly i returned the telly because my sports didn't look colorful and smooth-. I called geek squad they said the pic was okay. I didn't agree. I returned the telly. I was sad because l love lg tv's. The movies and regular tv played well.

Excellent value , crystal clear and better option than a projector.

Great picture quality, sound is good but ha e SONOS connected.

Overall Im really happy with the t.v. But the service I received was second to none. Great job geek squad and my local Kennewick, Washington best buy! I truly felt like I was the most important person throughout the whole purchasing process.

Greta tv, the resolution is perfect and the auto response when switching over to games is nice too.

This is the second LG TV I’ve purchased for my home very happy with this product overall the service professionals at Best Buy really help me to understand the difference and televisions this is A great addition for my theater room

Good picture, minimal effort to set up, great picture.

I love having a giant TV and this 86" LG looks very impressive. If your'e watching daytime scenes or sports, this TV performs quite well. Any dark scene is absolutely atrocious with an insanely distracting bloom around the picture. It's borderline comical if there is a blank screen with white text. The amount of bloom and glow all around is terribly distracting and because of the size of the TV much more noticeable than on my previous "cheap" 65" that I replaced this TV with. I'm very disappointed and really wish I would have bought an OLED.

This TV was one of my best purchases of the year. I normally would've mounted it myself but due to the cost and size of this TV I felt reassured and at ease when I just decided to have Best Buy mount it.

overall the tv is just average. the images are very clear and sharp however the colors lack any pop. spending 3K on a tv you want bright vibrant colors. this TV is not that. swapping out for a Sony that has less features but better colors

I purchased this TV as an upgrade for the next gen gaming consoles. I will say, after extensive research, it does not disappoint one bit and I could not be happier with this product.

It's possibly one of if not the largest TV you can buy at it's quality and price point, a little heavy and awkward trying to setup but it's a gorgeous set when it is.

I purchased this TV July 27th and thought it was OK. 10 days later, the screen went out and I had to wait a week to get a replacement. You read that right, 10 days later. The new TV is brighter and more clear than the first, so obviously, the first TV had a problem. It happens, so I did not get too upset. Unfortunately, the new TV is having issues with internet speed. I have 1000 speed fiber optic and pulling 950 download speed at the TV ethernet cable and download speed of the TV is only 19 to 24 (ethernet hardwired). I have a tech coming out from Paul's TV, a LG representative, to look at this situation. If they can not find a problem, I will return this TV and go with a Samsung or something. Wish me luck.

This tv is fantastic for the use. Netflix, Hulu, taking comedic selfies where the geico gecko is taller than you when you’re 5’10. It’s got it all.
