    The biggest and best tv I have ever owned....bought it for ps5 and new Xbox but you know how that goes they all out...but the tv is awesome

  • The Geek squad was great, but the TV was broken.

    The Geek Squad did a great job, but the original TV was broken and had to be replaced with a delay from Friday to Wednesday. The new TV arrived before the squad got to our house and the truck drivers refused to deliver the new TV and threatened to leave. We were able to delay they leaving and the squad got there in time to save the day. Had these truck drivers left the order would have been canceled. The drivers were rude and had no intention of doing anything to fix the problem other than call their boss which was not help at all.

    The tv was lacking in picture quality. Black levels were limited. The operating system didn’t have some apps available that come standard on other TVs’.
