A line goes across the screen whenever your watchung anything. I reached out th LG since I had it less than a year and they said that they’re unable to assist without proof of purchase. This was a gift to me and who hold on to a receipt for that long. Very disappointed with LG. I’ll wouldn’t waste my money with LG anymore.

From looking at other reviews it seems that this is a noted problem. The screen is so massive that I suspect it is a packaging design flaw. I will say that Best Buy was quite good in working through this including some monetary consideration in the form of a gift card.

This falls far below my expectations. There is absolutely no difference between this TV and the LG I bought 5 years ago, except I went bigger. In this case that’s all it is - bigger, not better. I should have paid the extra and gone OLED if I wanted a difference? I don’t know. I don’t pretend to be. TV expert. I’m just not impressed.

We came into the store in search of a 75” television and while there the salesman showed us many tv’s including this tv and said it was the best tv for the price and would have a better picture because it was 4K. The picture appeared crystal clear in the store. We bought the tv and had it delivered. The first tv they delivered didn’t work at all. When plugged in the screen appeared cracked as if it had been dropped. Best Buy was prompt to replace the TV. The second tv was delivered this past Saturday. The picture is very blurry and hard to watch without getting a headache. I called Best Buy customer service and they said the tv will only have a clear picture when on a 4K channel or streaming in 4K so that means everything else we watch which is nearly every show will be blurry. We are going to return the tv. Only thing nice was the size of the tv.
