I was looking forward to see what this tv would look like but unfortunately it arrived with a shattered screen and stock was depleted so i had to get something different. It all worked out, best buy personnel were very accommodating and professional in handling the situation.

Unless you have all HD channels, it’s nice, full array did make a difference in my living room, lighting or reflections suck, maybe I need a darker room.

Almost went with the c1. Its not quite as good but is close. Perfect for rooms with more light.

Enjoying it daily! This was actually a gift to myself. I'd buy it again...without any regrets.

Awsome colors, very affordable and looks Amazing..

Do not buy this tv unless you are only watching tv at day and never! At night because the blooming on this tv is so bad any dark movies will be so annoying to watch I purchased 86” and 75” both returned both really bad they do get bright but that’s where they stop being good 3/10

This item was damaged during installation. Our floor was damgee as well when it was dropped by installer. This picture quality is mediocre nothing like what was described not to mention the tv turns off on its own periodically. Auto off timers are all disabled. Very frustrating. Bedt Buy has yet tobrectify anything.

But fr somewhere else. This was broken in the box and couldn't be returned. Screen cracked ruining the whole picture. What a waste. Best Buy just wants your money and doesn't care about you.

I bought the 86 inch 90 series. The picture wasn't good out of the box but after a few adjustments and after it warmed up, the picture was very good. The colors are better than the 75 inch LG TV I had, but the picture is very similar. So in my opinion, Nanocell isn't that much up an upgrade of the basic 4K LG TV that I've had for three years. Better color, similar picture. I'm returning it and spending $300 more for the 77 inch LG A1 Oled. I'll review that when I get it. I wish the salesman had tried to upsell me because for $300 more, it pays to get the Oled.

Wanted something of decent size to wall mount in our master bedroom this fits the space well. The picture looks good. The anti glare isn’t as good as I had hoped but better than the tv this replaces. I wish it had more HDMI inputs, with eARC taking up an input you are down to 3 and those can fill up quickly. Overall I’m happy with the TV.

I did my research prior to purchasing. This TV was rated about .6 points lower than other TV's in the same price range but it has two big things going for it - the WebOS interface is excellent and at 86" it is one of the biggest screens available with Full Array Local Dimming in this price range. This TV does NOT disappoint. The picture is amazing. I am upgrading from a 2016 model 65" UHD TV and this things blows it out of the water. The clarity and detail in the picture is jaw dropping. I read some where that very few people regret purchasing a TV the bigger option and this is certainly the case. I was thinking the 86" was going to be TOO large, but I now have that "Wow Factor" in my living space and I love it. I have this installed in a very bright room, so I do have some issue with it not quite being bright enough to overcome all of the glare, but I find it to be a relatively minor issue.

After a year of use I can say it’s still going amazingly. Usually you would have to put some external audio system to get good music, but this tv in built sound system in my opinion is better than any I personally have heard before. So far very satisfied with the purchase. P.S. it also gets very bright

Great TV. Being a 4K the picture is fantastic when you play a 4K DVD. Remote requires a little practice with pointing it at the screen and having an icon move around. Settings menu has all the adjustment needed to make a great picture. You will not be disappointed with this TV.

Huge beautiful TV! This thing was a pain to hang on the wall because it is 120 pounds but man once you fire this thing up it is all glory. Gaming on the TV is insane. The TV is so big that you feel like you are in the game. Movies look the same. This TV is also loaded with features and some are specific to gamers. What a TV and what a deal.

Great TV for the price and features. Do I wish it was a Oled sure! But I don't have Oled money. I do have two 55" LG Oled's and one has burn in because my X wife left it on and it got burn in. LG if you read this plz send me the biggest OLED you make and make this VET happy!

Excellent 86" HDTV for the price. Two notes, I had to turn off the automatic localizxed dimming due to excessive illumination of background when displaying white text on black background. Also this se weghs about 160 and mounting on the wall took two people, three might have been better.

EXCELLENT! Beautiful picture quality. Amazing tv. Easy to use, easy to set up. Crystal clear picture for such a large sized tv. Definitely woth every penny we spent on this and would recommend this to anyone who loves to watch movies.

nice crisp picture. very heavy though. The internal speakers could be better, but all in all it's a really nice TV. I would be again as LG does have great products and support if ever needed.

Tv is great just what i was expecting from LG. Great picture and sound only issue is my magic remote dosent work. Worked first day so gotta send that in to get replaced thats why i gave 4 stare
