The sheer size of the screen is impressive and the picture quality is quite good. We have a large downstairs area so the sound while good is not at the awesome level so we will be adding a sound bar.

I got excellent support from the BestBuy customer representative. This product is definitely worth for the money. I use this TV at a living area, where brighter in day and pitch black in night. It gives the best viewing experience irrespective of day / night

Home theater update.

Figured it was time to update to this 86" flat screen and happy i did. Great TV and great service from the Geeks.

Huge let down compared to my old Qled tv

Purchased two weeks ago and at first I thought the tv was good. Colors were vibrant enough and detail wasn't bad however the blacks and shadows were not looking as good as I expected. So I bring out my old 65" Hisense hf9 and put them side by side. Wow, the Hisense was so much better except in brightness. THe hisense had to much better detail in the highlights and the black levels were superior than the LG. I went ahead and did the return and exchange for a Sony 85" x91J. Hoping that one won't disappoint.

Not only did the Geek Squad guys install it perfectly and give me all the information I needed, I can watch anything on TV and it looks great.

Quality of picture is amazing on movie's as well as ps5 and the factory sound is great also without the need of a sound bar..

I was kind of skeptical if I should get this size for the living room but it fit pretty well and with the free mounting from best buy it made all the better to get it !
