    I purchased this TV open box in good condition. The TV was repackaged well and contained all items as if it were brand new. It seems to be working with no issues at this point as I’ve been testing. Picture has been good; sound quality is not the best, but I plan to eventually purchase a soundbar/system. My only complaint thus far is that Best Buy did not complete a factory reset before I purchased it. There were several streaming services that were still signed in by the original purchaser…

    Overall this is good TV. The casing is made of metal, so it's a bit heavy. It's more suitable for placing on a shelf than hanging on a wall. The sound quality is not as loud and clear as the Roku TV I'm currently using. Voice control is not working despite having AI support.

    Got a good deal for black friday and the picture is good. Its a little bit of a pain to set up, needs a ton of paswords for apps and theres no magic remote, so typing them in with a plain remote is time consuming and difficult. Also, it seems to process slowly
