However, the mount was a week out and when I returned the mount the manager couldn’t figure out how to process the online return. She assured me I’d see a credit on my card in 3-5 days. As expected, no credit was received and I had to dispute the transaction with my cc company. Needless to say, a bit disappointed.

Picture quality isn't good. Actually the picture quality after owning it a little over a year is terrible only good thing is the size. 86" is good but it weights like 120lbs way too much

This set is nice entry level for UHD 4k. Price point is nice. The user interface is very user friendly. The magic remote is a great addition to this set. Overall if this is your price point under 2k then this is a good value.

The remote seems to be a bit confusing to people who watch Judge Judy but watching a life-size Judge Judy yelling at people gives me great pleasure so 5 stars seems appropriate.
