Huge Picture is great and the features are plentiful. Only disappointment has been that the magic remote hasn't lived up to expectations as I have been unable to control the home theater receiver. Very cumbersome.

Just open on Christmas Day & find out the tv screen had cracked. Call Best Buy customers service waiting for 30 minutes and nobody answered. I would like to exchange another one please.

Good TV but missing connections 4 our application

It also only has Optical audio output, so we had to buy a converter to get analog outs to a pro audio system.

Best value for a large tv

Tried another brand first but the viewing angle was terrible. Exchanged it for this tv and i am happy with it. Just be ready to take some time to adjust it to your liking.

Contrast seems lacking, U get what U pay for!

Relatively inexpensive compared to peers, and there is a reason. Not much better picture than my 1080 t.v. with darks and light contrasts. Honestly purchased this while my house is going through a complete renovation. I designed a gear system that this T.V. will come from floor above, along with 6 (3 each side) 43" 4ks for sports tournaments/ playoffs. if this gets damaged, not as much of a loss. If you are building a REAL cinema, save up, and GO BETTER!!!!
