Huge tv! Picture is great and sound is good. Seems easy enough to navigate. I wanted this tv because it's a smart TV and it's supposed to connect to alexa, which it does but not well but I think that has nothing to do with the tv and more to do with alexa. Overall great tv for the price!

Despite some negative reviews, after 9 months of using this TV, we find this TV amazing. Pros 1. Wifi connection is very fast. Faster than our Samsung (UN82 model, 2019) 2. Picture is crisp, and can be viewed virtually at its sides without distorting the picture quality. 3. Built in apps and the LG App Store is quick to load, and the updates are quick and painless. 4. Setup is easy, the menu is easy to navigate. 5. Voice command is awesome. It really has made leaps forward with how accurate this feature is. Cons 1. If you're using the legs, it is wobbly. You must secure it with a TV-wall support. 2. The built-in speaks are not impressive. (Then again, who really relies on built-n speaks anyway, so not really an issue) 3. The magic remote, though convenient, is sometimes a touch too sensitive. If you are trying to spell a word, it's better to just use the talk feature on the remote. That's all I can really think of at this moment.

Nice and Clear image. I like the price for the size. Very responsive and like that it includes Apple TV integrated. Now I do dock a star because around the bottom edge it looks like oil stain or bubbles that came out. You can’t see it on low light/dark screen but it’s visible on bright screen. Not a big deal, don’t really pay attention to it but it’s there. Maybe I just got a bad one.

I love my huge 86" TV, I feel that i am at a movie theater but watching movies on the conform of my hours. among the features i Love the most in addition to the size is how bright the images are, clear picture , how you can differential the colors and the overall performance of the TV

Needed to purchase this but have it delivered a couple of weeks later and it worked out perfectly. Delivery was on time as expected and on the correct day too-which was a relief because it was a birthday present! Great television, beautiful picture & great sound -very easy to set up.

Football games on here is like being at the game,movies can only be better at the movie theater itself,and gaming my kids had to invite there friends to see how AWESOME it is and the value can not be beat i tried other places and other big name on line places WOW LOVE IT...

My family and I are very satisfied with our tv purchase. It has an amazing sound and picture quality. It also comes with a remote control that works as a regular computer mouse, making it much easier and fun to access the build-apps.

So far I haven’t had an issue with it. It’s getting hard to get used to it because I have been using Samsung TV and they’re a little different on finding stuff. Also this tv doesn’t have the app for HBO Max and it won’t come up on the apps. Tv looks great and the cool thing about this tv, it has a remote that you can point at things like a cursor on a computer.

Excellent picture, intuitive, had it hooked up and set up in minutes. Haven't played with the color / contrast too much yet, but the initial factory settings make for a great movie experience! And you definitely can't beat the price for this size!

Overall I like the TV and the remote, but I did prefer my 75" Sony's android tv's menu. It was easier to navigate and items seems to pop up a lot on the LG plus it is a bit slower. I think the biggest bonus is the addition of the Pluto TV channels that LG adds on to your regular TV channels pretty seamlessly. They show up right after my over-the-air channels. There are a lot of them with various content. My biggest complaint is the availability to download some apps that you would think would be more common, such as I cut my regular cable and went with their online choice package that is much cheaper but the Spectrum app is not available for webOS which LG uses versus android and from what I have read since purchasing this is common for lot of apps. The sound is not as good as I had on my Sony either. Sony's football 1button sound & picture mode was great. Of course the Sony ended up with white lines through it after 3 years so I thought I would give LG a try and the pricing was cheaper for an 86"

So far so good. We haven’t had the tv very long maybe 3 weeks. We love the tv, the color is awesome it wears pretty easy to set up. We had to get a little assistance we are in our 80’s, the picture is vibrant and right on the color.

Bought this to replace a 65 inch tv. Didn’t realize how much bigger this was until we set it up in our family room but we are very happy with the tv. Great picture, sound and value for the money. We are very happy with our purchase.

This TV has did nothing but impress. It has all the smart TV apps built right in as expected. On this tv the remote works as an air mouse. Pictures are brilliant and rich with color. I would recommend to a friend or family member!!

Awesome tv. We love the picture, and its controls are pretty intuitive. The only minor criticism we have is that there isn’t an HBO app available through the LG App Store (we just access that through our Xbox). Still very pleased.

Had the TV for 8 months and it is a great product. Awesome sound, performance, display and size. It’s the center of our living room and all of the ports allow for numerous consoles, sound bars etc to be used.

Granted I have only had this tv for a few weeks but I think I made the best choice you could for the price. The 4K picture is beautiful and the 86” screen immerses you. The Tv is very responsive to controls(about 3x faster than our 2018 Samsung upstairs) and has a clean interface. I highly recommend mounting it with a bracket that allows you to angle it so it faces you just the way you want it. I did a lot of research before buying this and I came to find out size is more important than picture quality if both TVs are at least 4K the next steps up aren’t worth it for the price. The only negatives I have is the Lg App Store doesn’t have the espn app or hbo so I have to use my Xbox to stream those, but that is only a minor inconvenience.

This is a massive heavy television. I bought this massive 86 inch tv after owning the 65-inch version. The picture quality and feature set will put you at the core of a official home theater. Although the speakers are good. You want to pair this with a speaker system or a quality sound bar. I absolutely recommend this television.

It is a great tv. Fills up the wall space in the room quite well. The picture, color and clarity are top notch. The tv is definitely a swiss army knife - it does everything very well.

love the tv. it is BIG love it. the picture is super clear. the menu use is great. love the control. the only small issue i have is the volume its kind of low for my choice. but its ok i have sound bar.

This is our second LG TV. The remote and Smart interface is much better than a our last Sony. The box makes this tv seem comically large but it fits our basement space well. Picture is fantastic.
