Colors look good on animated films. Only thing thats really lacking is black levels, but that is expected for what you're paying (edge lit). Its still a 86 inch tv for undwr a grand though and thats enough to get it a decent rating.

LG 86” Crystal LED Review

Upgraded from a samsung 65”. the 86” LG is UGE. its been 3 weeks and still working. I use it as a pc monitor so it’s on 24/7. so far so good. it’s good that it’s not oled so i don’t have to worry about burn in.
