The remote for this size TV is very poor. LG need to provide better remote options for such large high priced TV or Best Buy needs to pick up the slack for poor manufactured remote. It takes several pushes and manipulations for it to turn on from the couch!! You have to stand close in order for it to work. Since the TV was installed by BB….the Geeks has to come out & troubleshoot!!! New was installed because of a defective sensor. Anyway the same thing is happening and I’m just so tired of this. I went to BB to inquire about a separate remove that can resolve this issues and I feel I should not have to pay for a separate remote. I was given a remote off the floor to try and if not working I would have to call the Geeks!!! At this point I feel the TV needs to be returned. I’m so tired of this!!!

Would not stay connected to the internet it was a constant battle to watch anything. Then the screen went crazy and changed several different colors.

A Very Affordable LG 86' UHD 4K TV

I was impressed with its brightness and vivid colors. The set has great contract. Also, the sound is loud enough to enjoy. The set comes in 60hz. I would have preferred a 120hz, but 60 is hardly noticeable. The remote is too small and inputs don't stand out. Finally, I'm having a difficult time downloading LG channel and agreements. The television displays Q code. Then requires you to provide copious information in order to access LG channels and apps. Don't let me frighten you away from buying this television. It's a great set, and there is no better 4K 86' UHD Smart TV at this price.

Great Picture Quality, Unresponsive Remote Control

The picture quality is great and the sound quality is also impressive. It delivers crisp and clearer pictures and it also pumps more bass from my JBL sound bar’s 10” subwoofer better than my other TV. I would have given a 5 star but the remote control is very unresponsive to the point that I thought the batteries were bad few minutes after unboxing. I replaced them with new energizer batteries but I still encountered the problem. It also has a slower refresh rate. LG could do better with this remote control issue and refresh rate.

Very easy to set up, a little heavier than what you would expect, so if youre hanging on the wall let the Geek Squad do it for you OR help you

Everything setup well. Screen sharing works perfectly and unbelievable price. Cant speak to the sound quality of the TV as I use a soundbar with it.
