A bargain, at the sale price. Mediocre picture quality, but OK for a 86". Webos operating system has a steep learning curve for us seniors. Extremely slow processor in todays market, No Alexa or voice capability's (should have come standard) as delivered - can be updated (it made a huge difference in the overall operation for me). For the price I'd buy again

Great price, superb picture. Remote a bit funky. If I don’t get used to it I’ll put on my Roku device. Regular tv speakers okay, but w money I saved got a nice sound bar that kicked the total experience up a notch.

I really like the tv. Did a good job especially for the price. LED lights are bright enough, very clear picture when the show is made for a good picture. I’ve enjoyed watching on a really big screen. Easy to use the remote and adjust setting to my liking.

TV was great! $799.99 for an 85” is definitely worth it for the living room. It is great for kids and the mounting was pretty easy. Colors are nice and the LG interface is smooth and not laggy. The sound is crisp from the TV but could be better with a sound system.

What a fantastic TV. First of all, the 86" is awesome. Everything looks almost theatre-like with this TV. The picture is remarkable and for the money, it can't be easily beaten. This TV was $799 - an amazing value for the performance. Maybe a $2,000 or $3,000 TV might look slightly better, but frankly, it wouldn't be worth the extra money from my perspective. The colors are rich - the detail is incredible - I can see the pores on the actors' faces. The only drawback is that the menus can be slightly confusing, but if you can get on the LG site or YouTube, there are lots of answers. I finally got all my settings just the way I wanted. I connected a ZVOX sound bar to the TV, so I can't really comment on the TV's sound quality. My ZVOX soundbar is a great companion to this TV.

Best value with a great picture and features. Would recommend for everyone looking for a Tv to fill a larger room.

Great tv so far. Picture clear & bright. Easy to operate. Geek squad did an amazing job installing the tv onto my wall & programing my remote so I only have to use one instead of 3 for different functions. Very happy with everyone at Dedham Best Buy

What a fantastic TV for an amazing price. We bought a smaller TV for thousands more in the past, so this was a shock - and a good one. The picture is gorgeous and this thing is a BEAST. Our home theatre finally feels like a home theatre!

I bought the LG - 86” Class UR7800 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. Great TV. The quality is very clear and bright. We are excited to watch all of the big games. A great TV for a great price!

I've been checking this TV for a good while the price for such a big TV, I could only get it from BestBuy. it was a great purchase Great to watch sports. Baseball, Soccer, I am even watching other sports like basketball, it is awesome..

I've been loyal to LG TV's for many years now. After switching from Vizio to LG, I've really enjoyed the reliability, speed, and quality of image from LG TV's. This 86" LED 4k UHD tv doesn't disappoint! We never have to leave the house to watch a movie or sporting event again as we have one of the best viewing experiences in our living room. Definitely recommend!

This is a great TV. The clarity is exceptionally good given the 86” size, and even better given the price point. Could you go whole hog and do an 8k screen for a whole lot more money? Of course you could. Unless you’re a videophile though (or you’re looking to build a high end setup) there’s really no need to drop that much cash. The setup was a breeze. I went ahead and ran some calibration tests to make a few small adjustments, but the fact is you can yank it out of the box, plug it in and run it with the factory settings and most users will be thrilled with it. It is just a tad bit in the heavy side for such a thin unit, but don’t forget that it’s a big screen. You’ll absolutely want two people if you’re hanging it on the wall, and a third would make it that much easier. (If you’re going to use the included feet, one person could get it up on a stand, provided they’ve got a healthy enough wingspan…) I can’t speak to the audio as I use a surround rig.

It's a great tv for the price. I love how big it is, however the quality of the picture isn't always 100% to me. When it close up everything looks great but when I'm watching football and they will show like the whole field it's kinda blurry. Other that that all the apps are great too.

Great TV with great picture quality at a great price. Why would anybody shop a membership store when you can buy what you want at Best Buy. Selections are unbelievable
