Just Ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My internal Blu-Ray drive bit the dust recently and I decided to try this external drive since the specs were similar to my old internal drive. I have a Plex server and use the drive regularly to put my movie purchases on my server. I was hoping for similar results, but was disappointed. The read rate was much slower than I expected and it took around 45 minutes just to complete one disc. I ended up returning the drive and getting another internal drive. The only plus was the flexibility to use it on both my desktop and my laptop. The read speed was just too slow for me to deal with on a regular basis.

Terrible for Windows 10

The first was I couldn't control the videos when I had my computer turned into tablet mode. It wouldn't let me hit pause or play or fast forward. Second the software for this product is very confusing and to find the correct drivers is even worse. My advice is to make sure you see which drivers work well with your computer before buying.

Works with MakeMKV UHD
