    My daughter loves her new laptop. It is exactly what she wanted. She had exact specifications that she wanted and the best buy person looked on line until he found it. I really appreciate his effort.

    I like this external disk drive. I used it to do my taxes with a tax program CD and had no problem. I intend to use it much more since it has so many attributes.

    My Windows 10 laptop would not play my DVD and Blu-Ray movies I transferred from my camcorder. The external Blu-Ray drive worked great.

    My laptop has been having trouble recognizing my older LG external cd/dvd burner. Nothing lasts forever. So far no problems with my computer recognizing this new drive. I do need to upgrade my laptop from a 2nd generation I7 to either a 4 or a 5th generation I7. I would definitely recommend this drive to upgrade the built in optical drive for any laptop.

    Good Bluray read-write drive. Most new PC's do not come with this type of drive. I have Blu-ray and DVD disks that I'd like to play on my PC.
