A real Family Film for a action packed movie night.

Plays perfectly except audio doesn't change between 5.1 or DTS like I get on the DVD player on my stereo. I get the additional power from a plug in USB transformer rather than from my laptop.

Easy set up. Good software included. Although I haven't tried to write Blu-Ray discs, it has been able to read all my Blu-Ray discs.

It does what I bought for a little slow thou. The tray is kind of flimsy have to be very gentle with it.

I don't know how much easier this player can be! All you need to do is plug it in and it plays! I didn't have to download any programs or anything. The quality of the player is Great! The only thing I worry about is that it is really thin. I am scared that I am going to break it. I would tell anyone to get this Blu-Ray player

This is the first Blu-ray burner I have used and it performs perfectly. No problem recognizing and downloading driver information. Seemed to take forever to burn, however it was a 12 Gb video file that had been edited using Adobe Premiere Elements.

Worked like a champ! I'd purchased a less expensive one prior to buying this that did not function as advertised, so the fact that the LG (I love their stuff!) was no hassle was a big deal.

Hardware works wells, no problem with DVD playback on Surface Pro. Provided Blu-Ray software sucks! Called LG customer support, recommend second free software, didn't work either.

Hard to purchase an external CD/DVD player rewriter, as now a days laptops don't have them built in. It works fine, but is very fragile and worry about it breaking.

This external drive is the best one I've had so far!

I returned this product for a desktop version because it was a bit too flimsy for the hard work of ripping hundreds of CDs. Perfectly adequate, though, for someone who needs portability.

Very easy to use. Good size to take on trips also.

It a good player. The only real drawback is that it takes 2 USB ports to operate. With laptops reducing the number of USB ports, this is a drawback. The outside packaging and illustrations do not reflect this.
