Purchased this as an optical drive for a tablet pc. Works exactly as described. Easy setup, had it working 5 minutes after getting it hooked up. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very useful tool. However, it slides on my desk when I insert or eject media. It would be nice if the manufacturer would apply a nonskid material to the bottom.

You’ve got to bring this along with your pc laptop or Mac air since they no longer have it as an option ✅

Nice Blu-ray Disc player/rewriter. Not too bulky and should fit in many laptop case compartments. Unfortunatly, it does not include a protective sleeve which would have been nice.

Plays well when hooked to smart TV........plays the discs very well Makes a good investment rather than expensive Home players, saves space too

This email installed fine on windows 8.1 and works on Windows 10. Had no problems reading or writing on discs. Used with a Dell XPS 9343.

The drive works well, the software that comes with the drive installed without issue and everything works as expected. It should be noted you'll need 2 USB ports for this or one an an external USB supply.

My dvd player went out, so i got this to watch blu-ray discs on. It works great and i can now use it on both my laptop and desktop. Was a great purchase

I needed this to burn a few things on the fly and picked it up at my local Best Buy. The drive did it's job, but not having USB 3 on a bluray drive is a little annoying. I also don't like the need for an extra USB port. I essentially lose a port. That said, I'm now using it at home and just leave it plugged in and plug one cable into a charging station.

I purchased this because my brand new computer does not have a disk drive. This baby filled the void. Needs 2 spots for USB. ! for information, and one for power.

Had to install software to support this drive on windows 10. But, that was easy enough. Bought this so my daughter could watch dvds and Blu-rays on her laptop at college. Works as intended.

This external CD read/writer was a Christmas gift to a tech savvy 28yo -- he loved it. It exceeded his tech needs for both PC and apple products, and has had not concerns using the product.

I could play dvd and Blu-ray Disc and also there is a feature for 3D viewing if you are into it.

Needed a USB burner that does it all. This one fits the bill. The only negative is it needs 2 USB ports to have enough power to run.
