Needed a USB burner that does it all. This one fits the bill. The only negative is it needs 2 USB ports to have enough power to run.

Descent BluRay writer, especially since it is USB 2.0. Quality device, but it does take some time write large Blu-ray Discs. Otherwise awesome.

The LG so far is a good product. There were many choices available but for the price and design and quality the LG blu-ray player is a good product and is performing to my expectations.

I wanted to move my movie collection online. This included some Blu-Ray DVDs. This drive did the trick. It does require 2 USB ports, but not a problem for my workstation.

I needed a Blu-ray drive to watch Blu-rays on my iMac, and this was a decent choice! My only complaint is that it doesn't support USB 3.0, but other than that, it's pretty good.

I purchased this item as an addition to my surface pro 4 when traveling without internet. I watch movies and it makes the wait times between flights easier to handle.

Not much to say about this Blu ray DVD burner. I have only used it to burn music on CDs so far. It works as advertised so far.

I got this drive to use with my new drive-less laptop. I need the drive less frequently, so why carry around the weight when it's not needed? The drive is very light if I do need to carry it. It reads and writes quickly enough.

Not only does this device allow me to watch dvds and movies and listen to cds, it allows me to view, save, then organize and share photos. We have old family photos that are especially precious.

Like most LG products, I got what I expected; a totally capable BluRay reader/writer in a small footprint. Nothing fancy but read and write times are suitable for the occasional chore I have to accomplish.

This blue ray player is not only good looking, slim, and light, it has great picture quality. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the jack takes up two usb ports.

It works but because it needs two usb ports to operate, it is rarely connected to the pc.

I’ve only used it for CDs so far, had no issues. Only gripe was speeds were lower than advertised, could have been due to the age of the CDs.

I love it because I can see my old movies and my new Blue-ray movies and make music disc for my family and friends

Works great, light, slim and easy to install. However don't purchase for TV unless you know for sure it will work for your TV, did not work with my Samsung maybe if you have an LG TV.

Well, if you picked your next computer for low weight for travel but failed to consider what to do to play your extensive collection of movies than this is a great purchase!

I got this for a new computer without a disc drive slot. Its not the fastest drive in the world, however it reads all formatted discs, and allows writing to all formatted discs.
