    This is my first blu-ray burner so I don't have much experience with rating these at this time but so far I have been happy with it and the few discs I have burned have incredible definition when played in my blu-ray player.

    Been using it for close to 3 months and so far a pretty slid product. If connected to a usb-C (no adapter provided) then just 1 port is enough.

    I have not had any issues with using this external drive. My only complaint is that it takes up two USB ports, which is a lot when you only have 3.

    This little unit performs great. I tried a few older scratched disks, and it was able to read them with no issues. Recorder works very well. I would buy it again if I needed another one.

    I wanted a dvd drive for my laptop that doesn’t need internet . I was told by a sales associate that it didn’t need to. But turns out it needs to update.

    Now that laptops don't have optical drives anymore you still need to load software from a CD or DVD from time to time. This is a good way to fill that bill. Worked flawlessly.

    This is a much better buy than the Apple Superdrive (which doesn't work with Blu-Ray disks. You still need additional software to copy or play Blu-ray movies though.

    My desktop came with a DVD/CDRom Drive only so, I purchased this BLU RAY Drive. Works great and the price was right. Very happy with this purchase

    SADDLY THEY DONT MAKE THIS FOR INTERNALS ANYMORE OR CASES THAT CAN HOLD THEM INTERNALLY SO I BOUGHT THIS LITTLE POWERFUL LITTLE GUY WORTH IT!

    This device was a little pricey because it plays blue ray movies. The movies are clear and the sound is great.

    Plays movies really well and was not very hard to set up either. Only issue I don't like is the multiple updates u have to do when setting it up.

    I love this drive, it has never failed and I don’t ever see it going that way. The only negative, you need 2 USB ports...but I have a hub, so no worries. Don’t hesitate, buy this drive.
