    I was hoping to use this with my laptop but it needs 2 usb ports to get the power it needs. I couldn't make that work so I returned it. I felt like I was going to break it t was so light and fragile. In fairness it may do a great job but I didn't get that far.

    Had to call LG support and was given a site to download a workable start-up program. This worked fine, but was very frustrating and time consuming attempting to get the supplied disc to work. I was pleased with LG customer support. Very quick response.
