Awkward experience with Blu-ray

I don't have enough USBs on the computer I am using it with. Number 2: You need to download 3rd party software if you want to read blu-ray disks for a Mac. I was able to download software after a struggle, but could not get it to run. The salesman at Best Buy told me I wouldn't need any other software, that the box already had everything I would need. I told him this was for a Mac; unfortunately, the software that came with the disc drive was for Windows only. The good: Um, can't think of any.

Not acceptable in a portable Blu-ray drive, which is bound to occasionally encounter some strain at that unfortunately very weak connection. But it's the only model Best Buy carries, so I can't replace with a different brand. Otherwise, it works as described, but I strongly recommend purchase protection if you buy this item.

However, does not work easily yet for playing Blu Ray or TV connectivity. It might work but so far not easily done, so a lower rating.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the player is fine and work as it should but the software sucks after downloading the updated it still sucks after uninstalling and reinstalling it still sucks bought it because i thought i could watch a bluray movie on my laptop but nope it should be plug and play for watching and should only need the software for rewriting by the way if i haven't mentioned that it sucks cyberlink you do hope this help
