    Takes third party software to run. Slow loading, MUST use BOTH USB connections to laptop to work. If other make/model was available at Best Buy, would have selected it. Our laptop is top of the line and newest HP Spectre with 4k screen, ssd drive, 16 GB RAM and cannot identify this LG unit and takes too long to play Blu Ray disc due to this and third party software. Even though it does work, we are not satisfied with this unit, but stuck with it for now.

    Good product but had to get assisted by LG rep for different player. After 30 days of use original player app wants mmonet to continue using. Ridiculous
