I haven't been able to get it to play blu ray movies but researching it now. To be fair I haven't spent enough time to figure it out. I have been able to download software and cds.

Called LG tech support that gave me a workaround solution to get the DVD player to work. But I have to contact the manufacturer to get the burner application to work. Highly disappointed.
