It won't read a simple music CD. I know the CD works because it plays in my ps4. Simple music cd and it won't play it, won't read it, won't even copy it onto my PC. My PC has issues picking up the drive I have to switch between the double usb cord ports. This is a complete waist of money and I will be returning this Monday for a refund and go somewhere else for a CD drive that works. Lastly, the software requires a subscription. Why would I pay for a subscription when there are so many streaming services. The idea is stupid, garbage software and awful hardware.
