Only works sometimes

When it works, which is only 10 percent of the time, it’s great. I never know when it will connect with my laptop. And then it randomly disconnects for no reason. I chucked it across my room and haven’t seen it since.

Was told it was compatible with TV's but, it was not. Ended up sending it back

Once I thought everything was ready to go, it would not play bluray DVDs; regular DVDs played fine but then not worth the extra money for this player. After all of the frustration, I just ended up returning the player. Additionally, be sure that your computer has as least 2 USB ports if considering this product.

Regular DVDs play with no issues. I have downloaded this and tested on 3 different computers with the same results. If the receipt was not lost it would have been returned immediately.

Does not support OS Mac without a download!

In the very small print it says it does not support OS Apple/Mac and must download software . Being n the bush, no internet ( the reason I purchased the blue ray player) I of course cannot download. Sending it back and will have a family member return it.
