Portable CD/DVD player/burner

I bought this so I was able to make up my own DVDs or CDs to give to friends or just to back up information and pictures and videos. I’ve been totally pleased with the results. It’s nice and small and portable fits into the bag woodchuck carry my laptop in and I’m happy .

Great DVD Writer

It was easy, plug-and-play. The drive is solid, responsive and reliable. I have used is several times without issue. Remember to get DL (Dual Layer) discs to go with it for up to 8.5 GB of storage space.

A good little nice product...

However, I really needed a Blu Ray burner and it would take a while to get a Buffalo one via online. And at the stores, they only have LG models. It is good, slim; small and portable but my guess is that a bulky Japanese brand would be quicker.

Good Blu Ray Drive

With most "off the shelf" desktop and laptop computers today, you only get one drive. Sometimes none. I bought this drive because, my PC only had one DVD burner and no expansion bays. So this was the perfect solution for me. The only thing that I wish this drive could do is be REGION FREE!
