Good External Drive

I am very pleased with the results thus far. *I purchased this because the internal CD drive on my computer was not reading everything properly. *I purchased this also as an alternative way to enjoy Bluray movies. *I purchased this because the price was decent at the time. *I purchased it becauses the reviews were pretty good. The only downside on this is the tray where the disc goes in. It can be an issue at times and may make changes a little longer to do too. It is workable though once getting used to.

LG portable disk rewriter

Had to do some work with cds and also plays bluray disks well. Have not burned any blurays yet but LG makes a great product.

Laptop's don't come with optical drives anymore & this fit the bill! Virtuall no set-up. Plug it in & use it! Came with software. Only downside would be it requires 2 USB ports to power & use. Great price & BB had'em in stock for pick-up! A+

The drive is pretty much Plug-n-Play (I'm on Windows 10 Pro and use it between Windows 2016 servers). The software it comes with is from CyberLink and it is easy to use. Something to consider - This drive's USB cable requires two ports to connect to your device. Not a problem for most since most computers/servers have two USB ports close by.

Great external optical disk drive

This drive works great for reading/writing cd's/dvd's and BD's. There are other things this drive can do, but I won't get into that here. If you need something like this, this is the one you want in an external optical drive.
