Small but suit the purpose. Easy to transport in laptop case. Love it.

Most laptops nowadays do not come up with DVD players. This is a great DVD. Plug and Play. It also comes with Blu-Ray software which makes it very convenient as it is not necessary to purchase expensive third party blu-ray software. If you require a blu-ray DVD then this is as good as any other.

Fast writer and Blu Ray is great for archiving and backup.

had too many issues with my tower not playing my movies in my tower and at the time(kinda still do) not haveing enuff coin to have my tower full fixed my geek squad. so i found this neat item in best buy and now while im saveing up for a full repair i can still watch all my films. an A++ item!

Works as advertised. I use it to hook up to my laptop when on the road and the size of the unit is great for that!

The drive itself is great, very small and worked well. Blu-ray movie support is the annoying thing. VLC doesn't play blu-rays correctly, and newer editions of PowerDVD don't work with it either. You have to use the included disk's version of PowerDVD to get any type of actual blu-ray movie support.

I have no complaints. I love used this on dozens of movies. I’ve ripped a whole lot of Blu Rays to my hard drives. Just keep in mind a lot will have to do with the type of software you’re using.

CyberLink Media Suite disc comes with this player and you can choose what features you want to install. It has it's own BD driver so you no longer have to search for anything else online. Plays Blu-ray beautifully! Very pleased!!

I needed an external Blueray and this fit the bill perfect. It works and it's nice that it comes with a player program. Not that I needed it because I was using a rip program to add stuff to my digital library. If you want play or rip a Blueray Disk and don't have an internal BD Drive, this is what you need.

Good player. Software package would not install. Manufacturer said it was only demo products so I had to purchase blu ray player software for my computer along with the drive.

I have gone through several DVD units over the years. This time I thought I would get a portable one so it's easier to add to my system. My older writer wasn't writing completely towards the end of the DVD's (which has happened before and required replacement) The new one is Blue Ray and gives me good clean copies. I'm very happy with it.

This Blu Ray player is the absolute best! It's so small, it's almost like a portable player. I've brought it back and forth from home to work several times easily. It is Internet ready, and you can add Apps such as Netflix. The picture is excellent on this player. It also has the capability to play PS 3 games through streaming. This little player is a lot of fun.
