Great product with good speed. Easy to carry with you if needed and small enough to not take up yoo much space.

Worked for exactly what i needed it to. Everything works great. No issues.

I have so far only used this for playing discs, but it is working well! It is a bit loud when running, but similar to internal drives. Looking forward to seeing how well it writes.

I keep this around for my laptop in case I want to rent a Red Box Blu-Ray and watch it or burn my music CDs to Windows Media Player. Its a backup compact disc drive for the computer that does not have one built in.

The drive works well. I have multiple computers and use one of them on each. No problems

Works great. compatible with my Mac. kinda slow, but wasn't buying it for speed, was better than the superdrive for Mac, maily because Mac overcharges

Excellent DVD player. Needed something to use with my Laptop and this works great with Blu-ray and regular DVD's. The software loaded quickly and everything started working perfectly. Great buy.

This was the only one on the shelf, but it worked great, so I went and bought a second one and leave one at work and one at home as they were cheap enough and good enough to get two. Software plays well with no issues with any of discs and movies i have used it with.

Does the job as intended. One has to be gentle when inserting and removing any disc. Works well.

Grearblue ray player! I thought mine played blue rays but sadly mistaken. This hooked me up and was easy to use. Looked up online and can change it out if I want but kinda like having to use in multiple ways

It came with software to burn bluray's, dvd's and cd's but they want you to purchase the premium version because it's only the trial version. The trial version doesn't contain the ability to rip bluray's, dvd's or cd's and you have to upgrade to do that. With the price I paid, it should be able to already burn and rip all.

This really gets the job done! Using with a Mac Mini to rip some DVDs to have on an at home NAS. You do have to have two free USB ports as it uses two on the computer side. Definitely recommend.

So far seems to work as intended. Little noisy and does not feel as sturdy as I would like. Needed to go with all-in-one. Not a lot of options out there.

I was shopping for a new Blu-ray burner since the one built into my laptop needs to be replaced. This surprisingly comes with programs that you download into your computer that do many things. You can make, edit movies, actually do too many things to list! I thought it was a bit costly at first but when you consider everything that comes with it you would pay as much for the programs that it comes with (Yes indeed the CDs are included!), Let alone the high quality DVD player recorder writer this one is! It is genuinely at Best buy Best buy. Again may I remind you to use your Best buy credit card as it will likely yield more reward points than your other credit cards in your wallet. Could not be happier :-).

The salesman informed me I wasn't able to watch Blue Ray DVD's on the apple player we bought when we got the unit. He recommended this unit, it works great. I grateful for the assistance and recommendation.

Good software included...except some has to be upgraded for an additional cost and the ads in aal the programs are are super annoying. Just use CD Burner XP. The mechanism is very noisy and clicks and pops a lot, especially reading many small files, but seems to work ok. The micro usb connection seems a bit flimsy and easy to pull out by accident...mini usb was bigger but more secure and solid on older drives.

I got this to serve as a multipurpose drive for my desktop computer as they don’t come with internal optical drives anymore. I haven’t had any issues with power as I have it hooked to a powered USB 3 dock. It reads CDs, DVDs, and BluRays with no issues and writes CDs and DVDs perfectly. I haven’t tried to write BluRays yet but don’t expect any issues.

I was unsure about spending the money for this player but I have not regretted it!! It has been wonderful being able to use my laptop finally to watch movies and listen to music. I would definitely recommend this.

I don't use this often, but when I do need CD Rom, this does a great job for burning CD's or loading music or other media on my laptop. Easy to setup too!
