I recently bought this blu-ray playing to go with my new laptop. It works great and the price is not too much. I haven't played with burning anything on it as of yet but I'm enjoying it.

This small and compact Blu-ray Rewriter is of great quality and easy to use. I connected the USB cable and installed the media software and it works flawless.

Simply works as expected. Plugs in, spins, reads and writes.

Works like a charm. Nice to take and use anywhere where I want to watch and enjoy a movie.

Bought this Blu-ray player to use with the Microsoft surface 4. It works very well and also adds the advantage of recording Blu-ray if I ever find a need for that. I am happy with this purchas .

This was a great product to buy. My laptop does not have a drive, and this allows me to watch movies, install software, download on to writeable disks, etc. Glad I got it.

Great to have external drive for DVD/CD since new laptops don't have them anymore. Blu-ray bonus.

This little Blu-Ray reader/writer is an excellent product for those with no optical drives in the computers at home/office. Plugs in using USB connection. Software load is easy and intuitive. This product is usable on Apple (Mac's) products and Microsoft-based computers making it very versatile! Plug it in, watch a movie; back-up all your pictures and music (or whatever else you want to!). (I am using it on both a Mac-mini and a Window's based PC)

This drive works very well for blu-ray and DVDs. I used it with around 400 movies using MakeMKV over the course of about 2 weeks. Performs very well and reliably.

Great buy, I purchased a MAC at Best Buy and the guy in blue recommended this player and it works very well. It is very light and not cumbersome to use.

We purchased 2 apple SuperDrives for our laptops. Both SuperDrives will not allow you to insert a disc unless we connect the SuperDrive to a desktop. There is some issue with not enough power from the USB ports on the laptops and I’ve tried it on multiple MacBook pros and a dell windows laptop and the same issue happens. The LG dvd drives not only work perfectly they come with a “Y” usb cable that allows you to connect a second USB port to provide extra power to the drive for faster read and write speeds. Don’t buy the Apple SuperDrive these LG drives are way better and they can write Blu-ray Discs too.

I wanted a Blu-ray external drive and this was the best one I could find it works good I would recommend it

I needed a Blu Ray writer to rip discs to my hard drive to stream on my home network. This worked great and I enjoy the fact that it is portable.

This device saved me on vacation, when my laptop slid to the floor and destroyed the DVD drive. Very simple to install and extremely portable.

I wanted a Blu-ray right a long time . Works great easy use and very convenient. Now all I need is more Blu-ray discs!

This went along with the laptop purchase my aunt and grandmother made. They are using it mainly for the bluray playing functionality, and love it.

Got the drive to back up dvds and blu rays, worked without any issues. Compact size is also a plus.

Needed optical drive, why not get one that supports Blu-ray. Only wish they would use more recent than USB mini-B.

Easy to use with laptop but still need to figure out connecting it a smart TV.
