Saving all my memories that I have on DVD.

LG 8x external DVD +RW disk drive-USB 3.0

I built a system with a glass front, so no more DVD drive space, so purchased this for the handful of DVDs I have left to burn into my plex library. Works great, starts right up, plugs into a USB 3.0, and is pretty quiet while working. No wall plugin required!

Disk burner works fine

So I bought this rewriter to solve my problem. It works fine so far. My only complaint was that it came with a USB cord which has two plugs on one end to plug into the laptop. My laptop does not have two outlets near each other so I had to buy an extention adapter.

I have only owned it for a short time, with maybe 3 or 4 uses so far. It reads and burns DVDs without any issues, and all of them work as expected. I never tried the included software as I already have software that I regularly use, so I can't evaluate it.
