This drive is just what I needed. Slim. Good looking. And does what I needed it to do since my Mac book pro has no drive

This is just what I needed to play blu rays on my pc. It cane with the software needed.

Works perfectly with my Spectre and Elitebook convertible laptops. But, the connecting USB cable between laptop and drive has a double USB connection on one end. My Elitebook doesn't have 2 USB ports on the same side of the laptop. Fortunately, the drive still works with only one of the USB connections on the drive cable plugged into the laptop. Does make it somewhat inconvenient to have the 2nd USB connection on the cable dangling when using the drive.

Many software programs I use and movies are now in Blue ray format. So far I have not had any problems with the installation and software.

This Blu-ray drive did everything as advertised. 5 stars!

This is the second Blu-ray Player that I have bought from LG and I have to say that I have never been disappointed with either of them. Thanks!

Works well, except this does not read UHD disks. Descriptions are a bit thin regarding the differences between the players. If you want the UHD capabilities you need the next model number up, BP60N. Only had it a week, and not much use will go through it, so we will see how the reliability holds up. Im just glad someone is still making these devices.

The drive seems to be doing quite well, so far, though I am having issues with one Blue-ray disk that does function on my PS4. It is power exclusively by USB cables, but it requires two open ports to do so (though it may only need two for blue-ray). The provided cables are also quite short, so the drive may need to live on top of your computer in some fashion.

Ez install..this device allows me to watch some of my older movies that I couldn't find on the web...

Fantastic Blu-ray that I use for watching movies on my laptop. A much better bargain than the non Blu-ray for the cost difference.

The device comes with only Windows software even though it is compatible with a Mac. Macs don’t play Blue-ray out the box so it would have been nice to have the Mac software. This is the second one that I bought because the first one stopped playing DVDs and only Blue-ray. But overall it works as one would expect a player to operate.

Works like its supposed to, I'm personally using it to play and store blu-rays on my mac computer. Haven't had any issues so far, so I guess Its good to go.

This item was not expensive, and it did exactly what I wanted it to do. All my products are lg. That's all I chose to buy.

Purchased as a bundle deal with a new computer for a HTPC. Wife wanted a drive connected, even though we've not watched an actual DVD for over 6 months. Oh well. Blu-ray drives are still pricey. Wish this was a little bit less. However, it works just fine. I've had it connected to both Windows 10 & Mac and both see it instantly. So, if you need a USB power Blu Ray, this is a good one. Wish it was slot load or cheaper (or in a perfect world, both!).

I got it because i have a lot of dvd's, cd's and so in and it seems to work good for what I need it for.

It just works great and comes with complete Blue-Ray movie software. Fast loading and reliable.

This Blu Ray Drive works perfect with my laptop that doesnt come with a factory Optical drive. Works great at burning DVDs and watching Bluray Movies.

Drive works great, no issues so far. i've had another LG Bluray drive, but was ready to have one that was smaller.
