Good burner / Great price

Simple Blu-ray player

Cant figure how to work proper will read reg. disc

Then I put the same disc in my Xbox (purchased the Xbox after the external reader) and it works just fine. I might just be dumb, but otherwise it does work with regular discs.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This slim unit works great once a geek explains to you that you have to upgrade your upgrade from the standard media software that you just bought. Then go to a special blue ray site to get a code to play the newer discs, and go back and get a new code for new discs a month after that. Maybe it is just me but should that have not been part of the instructions or is that something that normal people just have built into a small unknown part of their psyche?

Nice unit, hold on to the cable

The only issue that I see is this unit requires 2 usb connections to use and burn a Blu-ray. I have not seen where a replacement cable can be picked in an emergency

This Blu-ray DVD writer is Great.
