||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the software explicitly blocks you from being able to watch blu rays with a VGA or DVI output from graphics card on a desktop machine due to some digital rights management bs (not sure about xp laptops but I'd say most are doubtful, also not sure about the later cards w/ hdmi ports that are windows xp compatible & not sure if the drive will work with a different software program either) other than that it seems like the best external blu ray drive available

Was great until my cat learned how to open it.

This one fit the bill and worked great until my cat figured out how to open up the cd. From that point on I had to deal with the possibility of this getting broken before I had it 2 months. I have a VERY smart cat. Will buy again at a later date.

Small enough to pack along

Good Quality Caveat Emptor

Blu-Ray playback incompatible with Power DVD and Lenovo PC. Wish I had known that, but neither Lenovo, Best Buy nor LG could help with my pre-purchase research. My fault after all and I can't complain about the product's quality
