Great Blu-ray Burner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This LG is a great slim Blu-ray Burner, It is also very quiet. If you need a slim drive this one is the one to get. It uses one male micro USB connector in the rear of the drive and two male USB A connectors for data and power, if you're using a laptop you will most definitely need both A connectors. If your using a desktop computer you might get away with using one. The USB Cable is short so you might want to consider getting a longer one or use USB extension cables .

External bluray drive

Work great watched Scarface in blue ray awesome. Only negative is that you need two usb slots next to each other. Treat daintily because made out of light weight plastic and it's light.

Good buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Probably not the fastest, but fast enough for me when it comes to ripping vids, although I haven't ripped a Blu-ray yet. Quiet but can still be heard, again not a problem. Not crazy about the splitter & extra USB cord for power. I haven't needed it but it just seems like there should be a better alternative. I'd much rather just plug it in to a standard wall socket. All & all seems like a good drive though.

Decent player

I do not know if this is the player or the software that came with the player. It seems to require 2 USB connections (for extra power?) I have tried it with both USB connections plugged in and with only 1, but so far have not been able to tell any difference.
