    This is a very simple, inexpensive way to use a cd drive. I paired this with my mac mini and it does the job. The only draw back is the eject button on the drive, doesn't always work. You usually have to eject by the computer's eject button. Worth the money for me.

    Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The only recommendation I would make is that Windows 10 does not have a media player anymore. So you will need to download their media app for $14.99 or find a free player. Just a heads up that besides loading the DVD driver, you still need to load a media player because Windows 10 removed it.

    This is a great DVD writer. It is compact and fast. I can't think of a better system for writing your DVD's It works similarly to the Apple SuperDrives but at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended. Also, it looks good.

    For someone who can't get away from CDs, buying an external drive was a must after buying a thin laptop. It is slightly noisy but for the price and size, this is something I can live with.

    This burner works well and had an easy setup. It was not too noisy which is what i was expecting from an external burner. Very handy product to help out for machines without a burner.

    This was plug and play on Mac. Burns CD's and DVD's perfectly. If you are looking for something simply and that also comes close to matching the Mac this is the one.

    I was looking for a disc reader that would support mini discs as well as regular discs. Its pop-out tray makes this possible. Awesome.

    Absolutely necessary to purchase when getting the newest slim computers that do not have disk drives. I mostly make CDs or use this drive to watch movies when I can't use a DVD player. Hands down important to purchase.
