Sad that so many personal computers no longer came with built-in CD-ROMS ... I STILL use CD's on a regular basis and so I needed one with my computer. These one nicely fit the bill ... the price was quite affordable and it works great.

Picked this up because our laptop didn’t come with an optical drive. Just plug and play, no annoying software updates required. Runs well and is pretty quiet, so no complaints here!

I bought this because my door would not open to insert my CDs.... I was not ready to replace the laptop so I purchased this. It works well, is reasonably priced and takes little space on my desk.

I purchased this drive as support equipment for my growing collection of computers that don't include an internal device. This device is sturdy, performs well, and economically fills the bill. When not in use it stores nicely on a shelf or snuggles in a small drawer. It allows me to easily access music, data, programs, and video I have stored on cds or dvds.

I have had drives before that were hard to use and had limited usage, this product does everything it states and was easy to install. Sound and video effects are sharp and clear. I'm so glad I bought it!

Since I don't have a DVD drive on my MS Pro 3, I needed something that I could use to copy important files, pictures, etc. This is absolutely great! I didn't even need to install the software as I already had the later version of the necessary software on my tablet. It plays DVDs and CDs perfectly, is light weight, and easy to carry in my case. It only took a little while to download my files and pictures onto a RW-DVD and the pictures came out nice and clear. Great Product for the price.

Worked seamlessly I believe only PC driver was needed but it deed come with software just never tried it.

Fast disk download and upload, and the slim design takes up little space on your desk or work station and makes it easier to store for travel. Exceptional design for a really great price!

Great plug and play RW Drive. The unit is super quiet and smooth. This replaced my 10 year old LG drive.

This is a great deal on sale for $25 and works perfectly fine. We don’t plan on using it excessively but needed it for accessing some CDs and DVDs because laptops and desktops usually don’t have CD/DVD drives. We need to install Microsoft Office onto a new desktop. We have not used it to burn a DVD or CD yet so can’t review that aspect but for $25 we are getting what we need anyway.
