It’s lightweight and takes little room in the desk drawer or bag. However, the Nero burning software that came on the enclosed CD is very old and would not load onto Windows 11.

Exactly what is needed for modern computers

So many computers today do not come with optical drives, but they still have their uses. For me, I need to rip CDs into iTunes for my wife's phone. This works perfectly for that, doesn't require external power, and is small enough to be almost invisible on the desk when not in use.
