Setup was easy , we purchased the pedestal base . Wifi setup was easy . The app is pretty cool if you have to go up and downstairs to check on the laundry . I give that 5 stars . Switching the doors from left hand to right hand was simple . This dryer replaced my 5yr old Samsung add a wash system . The dryers great but my experience with Best Buy has been poor at best . I have a Best Buy within 5 miles of my home but yet I have to drive a 2hr round trip to return the connections the delivery guys didn’t need .... not happy with Best Buy

Gotta say totally satisfied with LG front load dry machine. Yes, I purchased dryer as open box. Dryer is in good condition internal and external. This is my 2nd appliance that I buy open box. Can't complain.....

I've had this dryer for about a month now, and it matches the washer we purchased about a year ago, except this is slightly larger (on purpose) to fit King size comforters. This replaced a 12 year old Whirlpool that gave us get good service. This is extremely quiet and very efficient - we can tell based on run times, etc. While it's gimmicky, we enjoy the wifi connectivity to get notified when the load is done (washer does this too). These are highly rated by Consumer Reports, and LG has one of the best repair records. Definitely would recommend this dryer.

Everything works as advertised. Couldn’t be happier. Dries very quickly. Dries sheets and large items the first time. Does not make laundry room warm and very quiet. WiFi works perfectly they LG Thin Q app.

Awesome size dryer and nice appearance. Good selection of programs & options. Touch control panel is sensitive and easily turns itself on if touched when leaning against unit to reach cabinets mounted above. Quite quiet operation. Haven't connected until to WiFi yet and likely may not as we don't see a reason for that when our home is small enough to see/hear the unit. So far, we're pleased with the dryer. The matching washer, on the other hand, needs to have the control panel replaced with the power on chime/end of cycle chime failed to operate from initial installation.

Purchased this dryer with the accompanying 5.2 cu. ft. washer. The pair looks great and perform very well. Capacity of the dryer is HUGE. Drying time is short due to a combination of this being a good dryer and the washer doing an excellent job of spinning laundry to remove water. I also like the smart features that include linking to Alexa and providing text messages when cycles are complete. I was able to purchase the washer and dryer pair on sale for $1,200 of, which made them an excellent value for money compared to other comparable sets.

Easy to use, quiet, love the steam settings. Regular wash takes a long time but have turbo cycle to speed make it quicker. Have yet to use lower smaller washer

Much time was spent comparing available options on various websites and consumer review magazines (reliability, ease of use, cost). We selected this and are glad that we did--large capacity, works well and no issues. Sometimes the automatic sensor perceives that clothes are dry, when in reality they need more time.

I cannot rave enough about this dryer . It’s huge inside and has so many drying options The design , color and efficiency is overall amazing. It’s also compatible with Apple do you can control and get notifications on your phone . Great feature because we have a two story and our laundry room is downstairs

Great performance! Clothes dry very quickly and controls are very easy to follow. Very good capacity. Only negative is that it is easy to accidentally bump the main control knob while moving around the front of the drier.

Husband and I purchased this when we moved into our new home. Machine looks beautiful in our laundry room. It's also big enough that I can dry our king size comforter in it. The setting were a bit confusing to me and I was finding myself drying things twice, but after I read the manual, I started figuring out what options to use with different types of loads. I love the steam fresh option! Leaves your clothes fresh, but you may have to pop it into the dryer for a few minutes since it ends up a bit damp afterwards. The wifi option is convenient, since the app notifies me when a load is done and we can even start the dryer at a later time from anywhere.

Dries clothes in a shorter time than our old unit. Quiet operation and has the capacity to hold extra large loads and bedding. Fine filtration lint filter means less lint bypasses the filter to plug the vent.

There is a reason that consumer reports has this and the matching washer rated as number one! Love the stainles steel tub! It drys everything on the first time (except for my California King comforter but didn't really expect it to). It is huge with a ton of options that I need because I have a bunch of different laundry needs. The Wi-Fi app is great! Love the light to be able to see the laundry. The installers were also great. They switched the sides the washer and dryer are on even though our laundry room is not wired that way! Add that to Best Buy member pricing where I saved $1,000 for the whole set over anywhere else in the nation and all I can say is it is the best dryer on the planet!

This is a great dryer. Quiet, balanced, dries well and fast. It is one of the most expensive ones out there but is worth it. Good quality product with the largest capacity drum.

Very efficiently dried my clothes and love that it is very quiet. The steam function took away the wrinkles on my old clothes that were dried for a while!
