Upgraded from an older LG model. It's been in use for about a month. The large capacity makes a real difference. Even though it's just me and my wife. We wash clothes about 4 times per week. Be sure to get your dryer vent cleaned as part of the installation. I don't think Best Buy does this, I hired a handyman. This dryer does a great job doing its basic function. It also has steam drying. In particular, it has steam sanitizing cycle which I recommend for bedding.

Best Washer and Dryer set we've ever purchased. The ability to download settings from the internet is my best feature. When a cycle is completed, I get a notification on TV and I can perform troubleshooting from the app on my iPhone. Overall, great product from LG.

I've used LG dryers for my family's unusually large amount of laundry (16 hours a day 7 days a week) for about 20 years, since the Tromm acquisition. This is the fourth. This one, the top of LG's line and a very big dryer, is handling my very large bedding loads significantly better than its slightly smaller predecessor did. But to my surprise, there are some very small delicate loads it also does better, because the drum turns slower and there just seems to be much less chance of partially wet delicates spinning with the drum instead of falling through the heat Loads are just drying faster The much larger and more complicated lint screen also seems to be doing a far better job than the redesigned simpler screen in our last dryer. At two weeks, a win!

Tons of space inside the machine for even my heaviest loads. It's fairly quiet and compact and I like all the settings and features. Just a heads up that stackability requires purchasing a kit in advance for the installation process, I didn't see that called out and will need to schedule a separate installation as a result.

This dryer is huge! I am so glad I bought this size so I can wash my comforters easily. This also allows more even drying. Before I would have to stop mid dry to reposition the comforter, but now it drys completely because the drum is so large.

It’s highly recommended. I understand the price is high, but it’s better to save and invest in these wonderful laundry machines — they come with a 10-year warranty and their quality and performance are truly outstanding.

I love this dryer! It has so many features and I didn't know it was this big! I purchased the pedestal. I had to get the largest size. I use the storage for my favorite sheet sets and a few house dresses. I can store a few detergents there too. My caregiver loves doing my laundry because of it. He says the drum is much bigger than his. I do ALL my laundry here now! I purchased the set.

This Dryer is top notch. We recently replaced our 20 year old LG Dryer that was really struggling. This new unit is larger and way more efficient. I love the app connected features and reporting. This thing is huge and drys entire baskets of laundry in less than 40mins. It’s awesome. It is a little wider than our last model however. We needed to use a low profile periscope type exhaust connector to get it to fit alongside the washer. Highly, Highly recommended.

I am very satisfied with my purchase! This product is great, delivers superb performance, and is user-friendly! It dries up my clothes fast and is energy efficient! The product meets my expectations!

We had to replace our electrolux set after almost 20 years, so a fair amount of research went into making a new selection. The size of this machine is so HUGE! So far the set is great. The only thing I'm really having to get used to is all the electronic settings, and how some of them are more customizable on the phone then on the machine. The fact that you can control just about every aspect of the dry cycle is extraordinarily convenient. So far so good. I would recommend!!

I first purchased this LG washing machine back in 2014, and I absolutely loved it! When I was recently looking to get a new, smaller washing machine I went with the LG model below this one. After using it for a couple weeks I returned it to buy this new, larger model just like the one I had in 2014. I love the larger drum for washing my king sized comforter. I love the fact that there’s a light that turns on inside the drum. I also purchased the matching dryer along with two pedestals to make the set higher as well as extra storage in the drawers.

My dryer went out and i bought this machine. I love it. It is large enough to dry shhets and a comforter at the same time. Therefore, less time you have to spend multiple loads. Also it has the steam setting which is great when you are trying to get a few wrinkles out.

Love this dryer. Takes large loads and drys in a fraction of the time as most others. Steam works very well to get wrinkles out. I have pets and most hair is gone when I pull clothes out. Anyone who has a German Shepard knows that is a quit a feat. I would recommend this for large families as well.

I absolutely love this dryer. I love the simple little tune that lets me know the dryer is done and all the options. The capacity is great for our family of 5. I can now dry our clothes in less time and less loads. I especially love using it for our King size bedding!!!

This was a big upgrade from my existing Samsung dryer. It is huge and does an excellent job. This also has Steam features which I am yet to try but will certainly do! I also set up the ThinQ app which notifies me when the dryer cycle is complete.

Biggest dryer! Best part is the pairing with the matching machine. The dryer knows what temperature and length of time to run. It also sends a notification when the cycle is complete so you d9nt forget or have to keep checking how much time is peft
