    This dryer has a great capacity as expected. It is annoying that all of the preset settings default to at least a medium heat. It would be nice to dry on extra low on some setting besides timed drying. The higher heats are too harsh on fabrics to use regularly.

    Dryer works great. Installation crew excellent and on time. Best Buy online description does not clarify that machine is sold WITHOUT POWER CORD. That explains $35 charge in the installation package.Buyer has to be a detective to figure it out. I did remove the power cord from the worn out dryer. Works fine with excellent new dryer

    Carlos kept us updated on his arrival time. He showed up promptly. They removed our old dryer and gave us a few minutes to clean out the tight area so the new dryer could be put in place. Carlos took the time to explain how to use the dryer. Carlos and the other tech did a phenomenal job.

    Excellent…… Great Dryer. My only recommendation is to buy a soft vent to hook-up instead of the Semi-Rigid Dryer Vent Kit that BestBuy offer. At time of purchase just trade the semi-rigid vent for the soft one. It’s way easier to adjust it to your space, besides it doesn’t take lots of space. The dryer can be moved close to the wall. Just take that into consideration.
