Best picture we have ever had. We added the JBL 1300x surround to go with it which complimented it very well. Its like being in a movie theater. We love it!

We specifically chose this over an OLED due to our rooms having many windows. While the glare is still noticeable, the TV is still useable without totally blacking out the room. We have thoroughly enjoyed it so far (had it for about a month). The only complaint that we have is there is no built in google photos integration so if we want to show our family photos we either have to manually load some onto the TV or just attach a chromecast.

I paired it with my nvdia shield pro and did a few tweaks. Now I'm totally blown away. This replaced a 75" LG. I am very happy with this tv. This and my Nakamichi Dragon sound system makes my theater room complete

I was told it worked fine except for it being an open box. After it was mounted, the tech told me that, since there was no remote I'd have to purchase my own. WHAT!!?? I went back to the store and the sales rep gave me a new remote. I went home to use and found out that the I.R. sensor on the TV had been removed previously at some point! Wat?? I called Best Buy and they said I could return the TV for a refund or exchange and pay the difference. I asked to exchange for different TV and paid the difference along with delivery and install and remove the defective TV. On the day of delivery etc., a "delivery team came to pick up the defective TV, except THEY WERE NOT THE TECHS. So, they would not uninstall the old TV to return. It took over a week of phone calls to get the order straightened out (delivery, install and return) and another week to get them back to do the install. Best Buy Tech teams for electronics installation are NOT the delivery team. They are separate and need to coordinate to get the job done. If the tech team shows up at your home, but the TV or whatever is not there they leave and it might take several weeks to get them back.
