The cleaning filter system is not the best. Needs better engineering for sure. But... it has great suction and most importantly it’s light weight and your arms will thank you as it’s agile and won’t cause stress in wrists - at least not for me. Connect it to your wifi and receive notifications that it’s charged and ready to go. All in all - expensive yes. But in this case you get what you pay for.

The addition of the flexible hose and flexible crevice tool is particularly helpful for cleaning with the handheld vacuum. These should last a long time.

I set it up and tried to use it but it was a problem as the nozzle that is for carpet or floors would not attach I ended up calling many times and using chat feature but it to 10 tires before they agreed to sent me a new nozzle. LG is horrible to deal with they tell you if you have problems so on Facebook or twitter to resolve. It took at least 12 tries with chat system disconnected 9 times finally 12 tr ime actually got a person to say they would send me a new nozzle in 7 to 10 days it did not arrivew within the 10 days so I called and they had no record of it ... They said they would send me a new nozzle soon. Nozzle did arrive but the vacumm is not working will not suck up debris or hair. Might have to go to Best Buy where purchased to get help! not worth the trauma of dealing with LG... Can't even get it to vacuum a carpet or hardwood floor or even with small attachments pick up hair off a couch! Completly useless!~ Will update once I take it in to Best But and see if they can fix. JT
