    I purchased the icemaker that Best Buy showed was appropriate for the LG Refrigerator I purchased from Best Buy. There was significant delays fulfilling my order. When I attempted to install the icemaker it did not fit. I attempted to return in new condition but Best Buy refused to accept the return. The clerk refused to get a manager to discuss my concern. No I’m stuck with a new ice-maker that I can’t use. I’ve spent thousands at Best Buy buying all my appliances and electronics at Best Buy through the years. Loyalty is one way with Best Buy. I trusted the company to identify the correct ice-maker for a refrigerator I purchased from them. It was ok for them to be slow and miss multiple promised shipping product to me, but refuse to accept the new product back when it was incorrect. I will never buy anything else from Best But and make a point to recommend to all my friends and family to utilize other retailers not Best Buy
