    I like the convivence of not having to empty it myself, but it will only pick up dust. Won't pick up any object, doesn't matter how small. Won't even pick up a tic tac. If I knew it was like this. I would had spent the money on a Dyson instead. Almost 2 year and it's already not working. Good thing I bought a protection plan from Geek squad. Going to have to get the wife to bring it in to see if it can be fix.

    I’ve had this vacuum for almost a year and the main motor began to fail a few months back. After a deep clean, it worked for a while longer but now I’m back to the same issue. This time cleaning it didn’t help. Having the vacuum self empty into its tower was cool, the attachments are pretty standard, but its main functionality was sub par. Even if the motor had never failed, the suction on non carpeted surfaces is pretty weak. I noticed pretty early on that it would hardly pick up rice sized debris, would clog with rug fibers and dog hair, and the amount of maintenance required to keep this vacuum operational is much too frequent. I would say this vacuum is not pet friendly.

    The worst vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased, died less than eight months after purchasing, had to return and get a new vacuum cleaner after finding out it had been discontinued.

    Suction power is below par, even on the highest setting it does not work as well as my Dyson V10. The bags also fill up fairly quickly considering how expensive they are. My biggest gripe is with the mop, its so slow that i doubt it can clean anything.
