    This is by far the best vacuum I ever owned. I love how it automatically empties the canister and it’s lightweight and easy to use.

    So far so dandy! Using for spot vacuuming of messes, also for mopping (and ‘sweeping’) 3 floors of stairs. I let the other robots handle floors.

    Do not waste your money! I knew better than to stray from Dyson, but I was tempted by a few features & the extra battery included. This thing quit working a few days before the 1 year mark & the warranty is only a year. It was right before Christmas when I was cleaning FOR Christmas & I didn't have time to deal with trying to contact customer service. So I did now, and it's out of warranty & after chatting for a long time with Help, I have to call the repair number...another waste of time. AND most likely will have to pay an inspection fee AND for repairs. (I have no intention of sinking more $$ into this thing!) SO DISAPPOINTING! Something THIS expensive & top of the line should work much longer & not be such a hassle. AND, right out of the box, I didn't like it as much as all the Dyson's I've had. Stick with Dyson!
