Quit working not long after product return policy. And it wasnt used roght away. Loved it when it worked. Now its useless

This vacuum Arrived used, I didn’t want to try it out

I’ve been a fan of cordless “stick” vacuums for quite some time - they’re just so convenient to have around for quick clean-ups, especially if you have kids, that you can overlook certain drawbacks like how to charge it and the lack of power compared to other vacuum types. This LG though is a cordless stick vacuum with no compromises. Not only is it handy and quick to grab to day to day messes, but it has the power to be your go to for all sorts of things, from larger messes to pet hair and really any type of floor or upholstery you need to clean. The handy charging stand means you don’t have to wonder how to charge it or where to charge it and even has places for most of the included accessories. It’s fairly quiet and easy to use, though a bit heavier than some competing options (this is the trade-off for the power you get). And when I talk about power, this thing has certainly some great cleaning power - it was pulling tons of dirt out of a car page that I’d already cleaned with a full-size floor vacuum. There are two small issues / nitpicks that I would like to point out - both with the stand. First, there’s no place on the stand to hold the spare battery let along a way to charge it. So you have to switch the batteries once one is full and install the other one to the vacuum to charge it. Second, you get 4 accessories - a large floor brush, a small pet hair brush a crevice tool and a standard brush - but the stand only has space for 2 (with a 3rd one installed. So you have one accessory that you have no where to store. Not the end of the world - we probably won’t use the pet brush for right now and so can put that under under the sink/out of the way. All in all, I can highly recommend this vacuum set - it’s pricey, but in this case, you do get what you pay for.

Coming from a background of use with other branded high-end stick vacuums, I was skeptical of how LG would do in this space. I have to say that LG hit a home run with this vacuum. It is very well made and does a great job of small clean-ups to whole house cleaning. It was super easy to assembly out of the box and everything neatly connects to the self-contained charging stand. I like that I do not have to mount anything on the wall and can easily move it as necessary. Performance is as good, or better, than any other brand in this high-end range. What sets it above it's competitors is that it includes two rechargeable batteries and two washable filters. You can have a battery charging while you vacuum and when it comes time to wash out the filter you have a spare while the other is drying for 24 hours. The dustbin is just the right size for cleaning my entire average size home without emptying and it traps dust and debris very well. Emptying the bin is easy as well and minimizes releasing the dust in the air. I have four cats and one dog and this will be my primary go to device for keeping my house fur free.

Lightweight, portable, very powerful cordless stick vacuum. Picks up every speck of dirt with minimum effort. I highly recommend this product for all your vacuuming needs.

When I first seen this, I thought it would be a good idea because I own multiple properties. The best thing about this, is that is cordless and has two batteries instead of just the one. When you're using it, and one battery dies, you can quickly switch to another battery and finish the job. I've used it at three property so far, and has had nothing but a great experience with it so far. I love the fact that it's detachable to get inside the smaller areas like cabinets and drawers. The vacuum itself is lightweight and easy to carry. More importantly, it's easy to transport and fit in almost any vehicle. I've also had a pretty good length of time with each battery. I've averaged about 23 minutes a piece on the normal setting and haven't tried any other sitting at this moment. I think I'm use to having an led light in the front of the vacuum, but I'm assuming they didn't put one on because it will drain the battery much quicker. I would recommend that if you are going to use this to clean houses, you should buy a third battery or maybe even fourth.
