Coming from a tradtional corded vacuum, this LG stick vacuum is super convenient to take around the house. Overall I'm extremely satisfied.

But for what its worth I have sometimes used it to pick up a large quantity of dust during home renovation. But nothing wet so i don’t understand why it cant handle the workload.

This is NOT true. I got a replacement from Best Buy and it STILL did not have these parts. Very disappointed with the deception from Best Buy and the fact nobody was able to help me get these parts.

Reached out to LG support assuming a battery issue they actually sent 2 replacements but the same problem still exists so have to reach out again as it is either the charger or the vacuum itself.

get a Dyson

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this after being frustrated with the accessory prices to maintain a Dyson. what a mistake. it has two speeds and you can only do the higher suction cup for a few minutes before the battery runs down to a point where it only runs on regular suction which doesn't pick up anything. spend the extra couple of hundred and get a Dyson, now I have to do it too
