I have a galley kitchen and it is hard to get a refrigerator in and out of that area. The delivery guys were fast and efficient took the doors off to get it into the kitchen and installed them back on. Works great!

Love this refrigerator! Fits well in my kitchen with larger capacity than the old one. A very nice upgrade.

We searched for more than a year for a counter depth refrigerator that would fit in our 33" wide area. We are glad that LG started making this model last September. We trust the LG brand. Our only complaint is that the shelving spacing is limited. We need space for taller items and that leaves a small shelf that is really too small for most items.

Perfect size for family with limted space and needing ice and counter depth.

3 weeks after delivery the plastic on the top of the door lifted off. Looks like the other door will have the same problem. I was 2 days late to exchange and LD manufacturer considers it a damage. No luck.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! The counter-depth design gives my kitchen a clean, built-in look without sacrificing storage space. The stainless steel finish resists fingerprints, and the interior lighting makes everything easy to see. It cools evenly and runs almost silently, which is a big plus. The ice maker and smart features work flawlessly, and I can even check or adjust settings from my phone. It’s modern, efficient, and looks fantastic exactly what I wanted for my kitchen upgrade!

I did a lot of research before replacing all my kitchen appliances, including the refrigerator. LG was rated as one of the best and most reliable brands. I was afraid that the size of the space for the refrigerator would limit my choices. But LG had this 21 cft model that fit perfectly. It has more than ample space for 2 people and I love having the freezer on the bottom. It is very quiet, in fact you can't even hear it running. The french doors took some getting used to. There is a jingling alarm that goes off if they aren't closed tightly. You do have to push a little harder to close them all the way and if you only open the left side sometimes you need to push even harder or open the right side a little and push both sides at the same time. But when closed it seems to be a tight seal. The ice maker inside the freezer makes plenty of ice in small cube form. Overall I am very happy with my purchase of this LG refrigerator and would highly recommend it for a small family.

Beautiful refrigerator, good capacity, does the job expected, and is quiet.

I absolutely love this fridge. I don’t have a lot of space but it fits perfect. Advertised as counter depth but in my house it’s deeper. But that’s fine with me. The doors have deep storage which makes the inside of the fridge not as deep as my old fridge. This is great so things don’t get lost in the back of the fridge. Love the drawers, lots of space, clear drawers. The freezer is great too. Large ice storage, ice is larger than most. Lots of space in the drawers. Fridge is very quiet. Best Buy is the best place to buy appliances. Went to every other place around. Rich was so kind, patient, knowledgeable. Delivery went very smooth.

It appears this is a new model fridge. It fit perfectly in my small space - roughly 33w x 69h x 31depth. The install crew were great. Hooked everything up in no time and answered all my questions. I've only had the fridge a few days so can't talk about longevity. The fridge does run really quietly, so much so that I almost didn't believe the installer when he said it was on. It's quite spacious despite the smaller footprint. Happy with purchase just a few days in.

We love the fridge. It was the only one we could find that fit our space and had over 20 cu ft of space. It is very quiet and we enjoy the French door and bottom freezer setup

This fridge is a lot more room. Our previous fridge had a water dispenser that we rarely used. This one is without the water dispenser, so we have more room for shelves on the left door. Overall, the quality is good, silent not so much noise, easy to use and the ice maker is good.

The refrigerator is QUIET and it is keeping food products cold in the refrigerator and at zero degrees in the freezer. The produce/fruit drawers have been reconfigured at the back and don't hold as much as what we had in our previous 21 cu. ft. refrigerator. It is more roomy in the other areas and on the doors. Glad we purchased the counter-depth product.

I recently purchased this LG refrigerator and so far, I am very pleased with it. I like the design; it is the quietest refrigerator I have ever purchased, and I was surprised at how much space there is inside.

We had to replace a 20 year old refrigerator and discovered it was a relatively small space compared to what is on the market today. We only found three that would fit and this was by far the best option. The interior is well lit with LED lights and the shelves are adjustable. It is quiet, which is important in an open concept space. The drawers in the freezer are solid molded plastic, not mesh, which lets everything fall through. The reviews for it were very good and it did not disappoint. Would buy it again.

We were looking for replacement & this was the only model in the market which could fit in the space we had & was available for decent price considering its a counter depth model. Since this is a new model launched recently & no customer reviews available initially was hesitant to buy, but took a chance & purchased the refrigerator couple of days back. Hopefully, will perform well without any issues in the years to come. So far so good refrigerator seems to be good & doing the job Delivery & installation went smooth, but not completely happy with best buy new terms & conditions for installation. The installer didn't hook up the existing water line to the refrigerator stating some reasons as standard policies. Possibly will come back & update the review after 1 year.

So far it’s running fine. Very quiet which is nice. The one thing I’m not crazy about is that all the shelves on the inside of both doors stick out 5 and 1/2 inches which is wonderful if you have a lot of big jugs but if yo don’t it gets filled with a lot of smaller things that sometimes fall over when you open the doors. The large shelves also cause the shelves in the fridge to be pushed back further so you can’t get as much on them. This would all probably be fine for most people but I’m only 5 foot tall so the reach for me is different. I also read every review on every fridge I was interested in and this one had nothing bad to say about it when all the others had plenty.

I’m greatful for making this perchase. Love the capacity it holds, and when both doors open I still have enough space to go around the kitchen.

This refrigerator is a lot smaller than our old side by side but still seems spacious and I like the lay out, easy to see clear bins as and shelves are at a great eye level. I’m so far very happy with it. Our old one was too I big and stuck way out past the cabinets, this petite model is just right. The ice dumps a little loudly, my little dogs still havent gotten used to that and go ballistic every time.
