Fantastic refrigerator. Thoughtful design with the water dispenser and ice. Lots of SPACE too! I recommend!

So far we really like this refrigerator. Earlier this year we purchased another brand in side by side and had issues with it from the beginnig that the manufacturer warranty never would address correctly. Melted and refrozen ice cream got old in a hurry. The design of this refrigerator is good, except for unusable door shelves in the left door and fit is perfect for our space.

This LG refrigerator has been a great addition to my kitchen. The counter-depth design gives it a sleek, built-in look, while still offering an impressive amount of storage space. The layout is well thought out—everything is easy to see and reach, and the wide shelves and deep bins make organizing simple. I also love the PrintProof stainless steel finish; it looks modern and resists smudges, so it always feels clean. The smart features are convenient for checking status or adjusting settings right from my phone. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of style, capacity, and functionality. Highly recommend if you want a premium fridge that looks great and works even better.

This Refrigerator is outstanding game changer for one trying to find a Refrigerator that fits in a tight space! I was lost to find a unit that the doors could open on both sides without hitting the walls. Hats off to LG for coming up with this Refrigerator! Thank You So Much!

Absolutely love this fridge freezer! Not only does it look great, it’s spacious and meets every requirement I needed. It produces craft ice into the freezer compartment and you have water and 2 types of ice from the dispenser.

The refrigerator was a good deal and works well. The issue after we unpacked the refrigerator was a few scratches on the door. I called to report this and the Customer Service people was telling me that the refrigerator had not been delivered yet. Im looking right at it so dont tell me it hasnt been delivered yet. We are in the 21st century, most delivery companies can update the deliveries as they go but Best Buy chooses not to. So i go to the store to report this and the salesman was really nice. He apoligized and was trying to make it right. Unfortunately he said his hands are tied and cant do anything until Sunday. Sunday comes and he calls me back saying that he can make it right. Oh wait a minute, you received a gift card with this purchase. We will need that back as well but you will get a new one. I used about a hundred dollars on the card. Oh thats an issue. You will have to return that item, coffee maker, so that the gift card is whole and then repurchase that item after you get the new card. So can i just bring in the box to do the exchanging. No we need the whole product. Are you serious. So, i have to take the used coffee maker back just to replace a refrigerator that has scratches on them. So ridiculous. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last appliance purchase here.

Absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! The installer didn't think it would fit, but once I explained the zero-clearance feature and he double checked the specs, he realized that it would! I have a full wall on one side of my refrigerator and this model gave me the french door option along with a bigger fridge for my space. It has so much space, the craft ice in the bottom freezer is so cool! I use it for my big mouth water bottles and they work perfectly in them. Highly recomment this refrigerator!

Love this counter depth refrigerator/freezer. Plenty of storage room. The zero tolerance door openings allowed us to purchase a french door and still fit within confines of kitchen cabinet cutout.

We LOVE this refrigerator and wish we had purchased it sooner! Only downside for us is the freezer drawers that dont operate independently.

This is a great refrigerator. Very easy to use and works great.

Only had this refrigerator for a few months but it’s the best refrigerator. I love that it’s so easy to remove and clear the ice bin when the cubes get jammed in there. Unlike other refrigerators that make you struggle to move the ice bin.

Great counter depth fridge. This one actually has true clearance doors so they don’t hit anything on the sides.

It gives me more space for my food items in the refrigerator area. The freezer has more capacity. Love the ice maker and water dispenser. My previous refrigerator was a side by side and 20 years old. Love the smug proof exterior.

Our salesman,Jerry, certainly knew his inventory! We showed him the dimensions we had to work with and his 1st suggestion was our choice! GREAT young man & really fast on the write-up! He is definitely management material! Our last LG fridge lasted almost 20 years and we chose that brand again. Our delivery was right on time & the 2 guys were VERY professional! Had it set up and the old one out the door in less than a 1/2 hour! We could not be more pleased with the entire experience!
